Winter Solstice: restorative yoga, reiki, & yoga nidra
Sunday, December 21 from 5-6:15pm
I’m honored to be teaming up with Christi Tedeschi, Reiki Master and founder of Sacred Space to offer a nurturing, deeply restful Winter Solstice experience at Anjali Power Yoga in Westmont, NJ.
Together, we’ll honor the longest night of the year with grounding restorative postures, hands-on Reiki, and a soothing Yoga Nidra journey. I’ll guide the yoga and meditation portions, while Christi offers gentle, supportive Reiki to encourage release, balance, and energetic clarity.
All levels are welcome, and no experience is required. Please bring your mat and any cozy props you love. Bolsters and blankets are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
